Caffe Forum, Gloucester Road

Café, Food 3/5, Price under £5, Waiting time 10 mins, Atmosphere 5/5

Caffe Forum is the only student haunt fit for lingering and drawn out chatting on touristy Gloucester Road. They have a perpetual buy one get one pizza offer, which allows you to share two large pizzas between three people and pay just £2.32 each. Considering the price, it’s not bad at all – the base is thin and crispy and comes with four classic toppings of your choice. Think ham, pineapple, peperoni, onions and peppers. For slightly less value for money, there is a big selection of sandwiches, pastries and reheated pasta available too. With decent coffee, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and light dinners all served, Caffe Forum is truly multipurpose.

It’s cozy, relaxed, open until late and has alfresco space for people watching. The retro and slightly quirky interior gives it a welcoming feel and Caffe Forum buzzes with a jumble of customers all day long.

Lots of nibbles on display at the counter
